i was wondering what it the exact meaning to it since its kinda a trend in most of the teenagers language and there's even a cap with the DOPE on it. Heard it was like cool, some even say stupid and got something to do with drug. So my helpful friend here,syarif, gave me the link to the dictionary.com with the meaning to it.
there were actually alot of meaning for dope. I WAS WONDERING who created LARH SEH,lah sey.LARH SHEY. ok whatever. Typical minah usually uses that. when you first saw it, the next thing you knew, you would see tons of people using it. For instance. jyeah? its so common already. cmon think of other new "in" word or phrase
